As of January 1, 2022, all Medical Marijuana Stores must track and report each patient's purchases into the Marijuana Enforcement Division's (MED) tracking system upon making the sales transaction.

The purpose of this requirement is so that any Medical Marijuana Store can see what a medical customer has purchased in totality on a given day. This means that your daily sales limit is tracked across all stores so that any store can verify they are not selling an individual more than the legal daily sales limit.

To ensure compliance your budtender will only be able to sell you products that won't exceed the daily sale limits. If you have already purchased your limit at another store, they will not legally be able to sell you anything more on that day. A medical customer who has purchased their daily limit will unfortunately also not be able to purchase additional items at one of our recreational stores on that day.
